We come to you. Certified, professional mobile notary service at your home, office, hospital, care facility or wedding venue anywhere in Madison, Huntsville and North Alabama. Your important documents are handled with care and precision. Pricing: $10 per notarized signature plus travel: * 0-5 miles: no travel fee * 6-10 miles: $20 * 11-20 miles: $35 * 21-30 miles: $50 Hours: Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM. Evening, weekend, holiday and same-day appointments are available with a scheduling surcharge: * Early morning (6-8 AM) or weekday evening (6-9 PM): +$15 * Same-day booking: +$15 * Saturday: +$20 * Sunday: +$30 * Rush (within 2 hours): +$40 * Overnight (9 PM-6 AM) or holiday: +$50 Only the highest surcharge applies. Military, veterans and first responders save 10% on the total. Please have ready: a valid government-issued photo ID and your unsigned documents. Every fee is confirmed with you before your appointment. **Once booking is scheduled, we will call to confirm the appointment and go over the details.** During the call we provide the quote for our services and request 20% of the total fee paid upon completion of the confirmation call or 24 hours in advance, whichever is later. Cancellations within 4 hours forfeit the 20% fee.
